Melanie went on to study Marketing and Criminal Justice at Temple University while Katrina focused on English and Communications/Journalism at Shippensburg University. Upon graduating, Katrina dove into hospitality and sales. Melanie dedicated herself to being a mother and working at a local law firm.

Wanting a more hands-on experience, Katrina received her real estate license in 2014, where she would meet and marry her husband, Andy Goodman, and inherit 2 beautiful and brilliant teenagers. In conjunction with Andy's multi-decade experience in real estate, Katrina developed "Goodman Residential", their family real estate brand.  The desire to live a suitable, balanced work-life with two young children of her own, motivated Melanie to involve with real estate. She also finds the natural partnership with her twin to be fulfilling and meaningful.

In the meantime, the pair founded the "Twin Realtors" team as a modern co-brand of the Goodman Residential group formerly built by Katrina. The Twins' compatible visions helped exploit the importance of the team adapting while still being traditional.

With Melanie's marketing background and Katrina's communication and relocation strengths, they garner the experience to propel the team to continually exceed their goals by helping friends, families, neighbors, parishioners and co-workers alike, attain their real estate related dreams.
